On behalf of the club president, the board and myself, we would like to thank everyone that participated in our March Workday. We had a tremendous turnout and was able to complete many much needed projects. It was inspiring to see so many members come out to help make the club a better place for everyone. We would also like to thank SB Chicken Ranch for a great lunch, it was enjoyed by all!
We would like to especially thank Santa Barbara Surfacing for the use of the dump truck, Milpas Rental for furnishing the skid steers, Quin Machinery for use of a dozer and Art Damiani and his crew for doing a great job of painting the clubhouse.
The 200 yard Range project is now complete. The Handgun Range and 200 yard Range are now isolated ranges. No need to coordinate cease fires between the two ranges. A big thank you to Ryan Burns for heading this project up!
April 2nd we will be having our first Sporting Clays of the year. As well as our first Lunch at the Range. We look forward to to seeing you there!
We will be making our quarterly gate code change shortly. The new gate code will be in effect on April 2, 2022 at 4 PM. Please look for a separate email on April 1, 2022 with the new gate code to those members who qualify. Please remember that sharing the gate code with persons not eligible to possess it is against Range Rules.
All ranges will be closed to the public on Sunday, April 17, 2022, Easter Sunday. Members may still use the ranges, but no Range Staff will be on site.
On April 22, 2022 we will be hosting a Rattlesnake Aversion Training for Dogs. See attached flyer below for more information.
We would like to wish everyone a Happy Easter.
Kind Regards,
Mike Morrison
