The Women's Clay Extravaganza at Winchester Canyon Gun Club is perfect for the female shooter in the sport of Trap. The core basics of safe shotgun usage are the lifelong building blocks for many other hunting or shooting sports. The ultimate goal of this event is to have fun while reinforcing the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for using a shotgun safely in a female friendly environment.
This event will be led by Nicole Elliott. Nicole is a Certified Shotgun Instructor as well as a Certified Range Safety Officer. Nicole is also an employee of Winchester Canyon Gun Club. WCGC is proud to have Nicole on our staff and we are delighted to have her available to lead this fun and safe event.
At the Women's Clay Extravaganza, you will:
• Reinforce your Shotgun Knowledge and Safe Gun Handling
• Reinforce your Ammunition Knowledge and the Fundamentals of Safe Shotgun Operations
• Reinforce your Fundamentals of Shotgun Marksmanship
• Enjoy Special Fun and Games on the WCGC Trap Range!
WOMEN’S CLAY EXTRAVAGANZIA: $100 - Includes: Two Rounds of Trap, Two boxes of Ammo, Nicole Elliot’s expertise and all the fun and games! Event Time: 2 Hours. Pre-registration and payment are required. Beretta A300 Semi-Automatic Shotgun Rental available for additional $20.
Please note: Winchester Canyon Gun Club Shotgun Range is a steel ammunition range only.
Due to the popularity of this event, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the event. You may cancel by email to membership@wcgc.org. If you do not cancel prior to the 72 hours or you are a no-show, you will lose your payment for the event.
If event is canceled due to weather, event will be re-scheduled. If you are unable to make the re-scheduled date and time, you will receive a full refund.
All attendees must check in at the WCGC Shotgun Range and sign all necessary waivers. All persons under 18 years of age may only partake in event with a parent or adult guardian as an event attendee or as a chaperone (free).
